Why Is The Site Called "Call of the Slayer"

It's fairly obvious as to whom one of my favorite characters is. I always thought that there were so many facets of Buffy that just were never explored and so many relationships [and not even romantic in nature] that just again were never touched upon. Here I feel that I've done that or at least have attempted to do so. I also just don't pair Buffy with just anyone, I pair her with characters that I feel she had some sort of connection with or could have had a connection with if Joss had done things a bit differently. Then of course there is the legend of the Slayer and we all know it "In every generation there is a Chosen One. She alone will stand against the vampires, the demons and the forces of darkness. She is the Slayer" I just felt that Buffy was answering her calling when she agreed to fight again and work with Giles as her Watcher. And well I felt that I was sort of answering the call to fix Joss's mistakes in my own way [ridiculous I know]. Thus "Call of the Slayer" came to be... ^_^
 

Why Don't You Host Others?

Call of the Slayer originally started out as a page to just host my fictions so that they would all be in one place and you guys wouldn't have to be running all over the net to find my stuff. As you can see it has grown greatly since then.

 
Can I Host Your Fictions On My Site As Long As I Send You A Link?

Unfortunately no you may not. I have had some issues with people in the past hosting me and I like to see where it's going first. I will say this though. 99% of the time when asked I will immediately say yes

Why Don't You Update As Much As Other Authors?

Well if you notice unlike some authors a chapter for me is about 10-15 pages. I like to keep my chapters fairly long in length so that takes time in itself. I am also in school full-time, so that takes a fair amount of my time as well. I will say this. I have about 40 published and unpublished fictions so I am always writing. And I will always try to update as much and often as possible.

Is There Any Chance You Can Design Something For Me?

I See That You Have A Small Amount of Family/Affiliates. Are You Interested In Exchanging Buttons?

To be honest I only really exchange buttons with people I know and have become friends with. I'm not saying that I wouldn't exchange buttons with someone just that I'd like to take a look around their site first and see what type of content they have first.
 

You Write Numerous Different Pairings. Do You Think You Could Write A _________ Fiction For Me?

*sighs* That's a tough question. Yes I do write numerous pairings and I also read a few more than that actually. I will say that you can always email me or IM me [even leave offline message with yahoo messenger] and I will take a look at your suggested pairing but I promise nothing. Some have come to me with some really out of this world pairings that I just really would never ever touch. [i.e. Buffy/Andrew] And not because the pairing grosses me out it's because I don't see how I could make it work. But you never know until you ask ^_^
